As a native of San Antonio, sometimes it's difficult to imagine our city as a location for a Destination Wedding. But year after year couples flock to the Riverwalk, the Hill Country, and bring their family and friends along with them! One of our most unique attractions on the Riverwalk for hubby and wifey to bees (bzzzz) is Marriage Island! Marriage Island sits just outside of the modern and chic Hotel Contessa. Surrounded by the river, artwork, and most of all...history...Marriage Island is a definite "bragging right" for San Antonians.
