Three days post-Christmas. I actually thoroughly enjoy this day. Christmas is such a wonderful time to spend with family and friends, but is usually a whirlwind...especially when you add kiddos to the bunch. The day after Christmas is usually spent still snacking on sweet treats and opening, assembling, and enjoying new toys, gadgets and accessories. The 2nd day after you're still moving pretty slow and inching back into a normal routine. If you've taken any time off work you come back to 5 bazillion emails and voicemails. Now the 3rd day...that's where it's at. I feel refreshed, renewed, and energized about the future. The sweets have been cleaned out of the house, minus the homemade eggnog, and life is moving at a much more normal pace. I love the 3rd day. Let's take a look at some goodies from the wonderful world of weddings...

*ps...the bridal photo above is from kristin light photographie, one of the lovely photographers we share our space with. this photo was shot in our studio downtown!

The subtle stripes in this Brooklyn affair were quite eye catching.

This bride's ode to her family's weddings of the past oozed style in her 1940's wedding.

Green, white and aqua color combo? Yes, please.

A classic, timeless and traditional wedding done oh-so right.

Planning a Winter 2012 wedding? Consider purple and red...

The mini champagnes, the striped linens, the ceremony decor...prepare to be inspired.
