2011 Recap at Country Sugar Events

2011 was an amazing year for us here at Country Sugar Events! Here's some of our memories and highlights we're pumped about:

*We won a Knot Best of Weddings Award for 2011 for being a top Texas Wedding Planning Company

*We were Wedding Wire Rated for 2011

*We added the lovely Maggie to our team this year...Maggie is now lead coordinator for the Austin area

*We successfully planned, coordinated, or styled more than 30 events in 2011

*We moved into our downtown San Antonio office that we share with some of the most talented and creative minds in the industry: Anne Marie Photography, Amy DeYoung Photography, Elite VP-Cinematic Weddings, & Kristin Light Photographie

*We expanded into the Austin area and planted our feet in the cutest new space in Buda at To Have and Hold

*We re-branded our look including an updated logo and website to showcase our skills, personality, and always distinctive wedding design.

*We were asked to be a preferred wedding planner on numerous preferred vendor lists at venues we worked at this year

*We spread good will and love to the girls at St. Jude's Children's Ranch...we hope this is only the beginning of our relationship with these lovely young women

*We signed on with Entwined 2012 and rocked the wedding vote! Over 12,000 people voted and chose Annie and Tyler as the winners. Stay tuned for their wedding next year!

*We were covered in both the San Antonio Express News and Houston Chronicle

*We made our television debut in 2010 on Great Day SA, followed by our appearance in 2011 on San Antonio Living

We can’t wait for our incredible 2012 and 2013 weddings. We currently have over 30 weddings booked and truly adore each of our brides. We have the absolute best clients ever and are so thankful to each and every one of you. We are headed off today to our last wedding of 2011! Happy New Year everyone! Make it a great one!
